Remember, always seek a county court judgement (ccj) for unpaid debts. You can use a tracing company to locate your bad tenants, but it is wise to establish there fees up front. Lodging a debt on this website doesn't automatically instruct Experian or any other credit agency as this site primarily records bad tenants.
