LANDLORDS BE WARNED

Chinese/Malaysian couples destroying tenanted property in South East London and North Kent.
Recent victims in Addington, Sydcup and Peckham/East Dulwich have let properties to friendly and charming Chinese couple only to discover few months later that the properties are used as skunk/marijuana factories, hence costing the landlords thousands of pounds to put right again.
Some insurance companies refuse to meet this cost as they regard this claim as "Malicious Damage" by tenants or their family which is excluded.

These Chines/Malaysian couples offer ID, Utility Bills from previous tenancy, copy of passports and will give up to 2months deposit and always pay the rent on time into your bank account.
They prefer to pay in cash and will not offer their Bank Account details. Police are tracking but with little success so far.
