Acting as a community we give support to each other and send warning messages about difficult tenants.

To use this site you must register and accept the conditions. You will then be emailed a Unique Registration No together with your unique password.
With this information you can login and record your tenants.
You can log in at any time to edit tenant details and add photos as part of your tenancy report.
You can access prospective tenants where information is available. Where no details are shown for a particular tenant it should not be assumed that a tenant is of good quality, as not all landlords have completed recording their bad tenants.
